LEARN Mode

Tap a chord to see its notes on a piano or guitar diagram. Great for picking up theory while playing.

How it works

Not a piano. The keys represent positions in your scale — so the same finger movement plays the same kind of progression in any key.

1

Pick your key

Choose any major or minor key from the top bar. The whole keyboard re-tunes around your selection.

2

Press positions, not notes

Each key is a scale degree (I, ii, iii, IV, V, vi, vii°). The same hand position plays a I-V-vi-IV in C, in F♯, in any key.

3

Spot the tonic instantly

The I key (major root) glows teal, the vi key (relative minor) glows pink — see at a glance where you are.
